Scripture & A Snapshot

If I could make plum blossoms from scratch, I would.  But, I can't.  I can plant a seed and water it.  I can take a photo, or paint a picture.  But I can't make something out of nothing.  Except maybe when my husband and I are having a disagreement.

God can make something out of nothing literally.  He made the whole universe : )  He made us.  There's no way I can do enough to save my own soul.  Although it is easy to think doing a good thing should give me a little boost up in the Heavens.  It's not like that.  We're not in a competition.  We all win by having faith in Jesus and accepting His gift, even when we feel like nothing.  The Bible and prayer help us grow strong and bloom.  And as the rain helps the flowers grow, trouble can help me grow when I don't give up.

So cool God designed so many different flowers, and different people too.  Wouldn't it be boring if we all looked and acted the same?  He has quite an imagination.  The ultimate Creator, our Savior.

  1. Lovely photo!
I just laugh whenever the subject of cloning comes up because no matter how smart people get, they will never be able to make the DNA in the first place...And that Boson Higgs particle thing, well I am still laughing at the thought that science thinks they can disprove that God created all things...they will probably be convinced that He did after chasing that rabbit long enough!

  2. Thanks Denise : )

And Lisa it's so true about some of the scientists. When global warming and evolution didn't work out, they decided they needed another important event. So the latest is in 4 billion years our galaxy will collide with another one... Hoping Jesus comes back before then : )

May God bless you both abundantly! Thanks for your comments : )

  6. It's just so mind-blowing whenever I think that the hands that created the universe are the same hands that looked upon my plight and is now holding me in His hands. Just thank God for who He is! :D God bless ya Karen! :D
