Wordless Wednesday

I was out shooting Ocean Grove, NJ, when I saw this door. I imagined the angels lining up to sing around God's throne.  I had to smile.  When we sing to God, He hears us and is very pleased.  Simple things mean so much to Him. In the New Jerusalem, we'll be singing in His very presence.  It gives me tingles to think of it : )

There's more photos of Ocean Grove on my photo blog, if you'd like to see them.  It's actually a Christian area on the Jersey Shore.  I wrote up the story.

  1. Beautiful door, but even more beautiful thought of us all singing praise to the Lord! :)

  4. I had a neat thought about this. Do you realize that our Sunday morning Church services start at different times in time zones around the world? So if it's 9:30 AM in Johannesburg, South Africa, it's 3:30 AM in New Jersey. God will hear the Churches sing His praises in Johannesburg first, while we're sleeping in NJ, then onto the next location. After six hours He'll hear us sing in our Church. He can hear our songs at different times all around the world, all day, in different languages.
