Wordless Wednesday

This verse is so timely to me today.  I sent a few photos to an editor earlier this week.  He replied!  In the arts that's huge (if it's bad you get ignored... crickets).  He asked for permission to use it and credit me, for my portfolio, without pay.  He said he might be able to use it in the next edition.  I was so happy and gave him permission, also told him to let me know if he needed a photographer.  But... the paper came today and my photo wasn't in it.  I was disappointed.  However, what I did get was the eyes of a professional editor approving my photo.  That means I can try a paying national service next time.  I mustn't forget the good, this encouragement from the Lord.



What a great step forward : )  I haven't failed.  I'm not done yet.  And, neither is He.  My efforts will bear fruit if I have confidence and trust in Him.  I'm also grateful for my husband's kind response and encouragement.  I'll try again.
