His love never quits

I have a book called, 10,000 Things to Praise God For, by Jan Dargatz, Thomas Nelson Publishers, 1993.  It's so fun.  This Psalm reminded me of it.  There's so much to praise God for, to be thankful about.  Here's five for me today:

1. A bright sunny day with blue sky, and green leaves.
2. Paddle-boat rides as daily exercise.
3. Peace that passes understanding in the midst of troubles.
4. The Bible in many languages, and all the translators who worked so hard, so we could have God's Word in our homes and hearts.
5. My cat, "Jake," who comes to my office and demands a hug everyday.
6. Cameras, paint brushes, canvases, writing, imagination...

Ok that's more than five.  Give it a try, hahaha, you'll probably come up with a huge list.  This Psalm repeats, "His love never quits," in each verse.  If it's repeated that means it's important and something the Lord wants us to remember : )  Not that we would forget...  It's another long Psalm and since it's not my goal to reproduce the Bible, but to study it, I pulled out the verses that stood out.  Here's some more things to praise God for:

3 Thank the Lord of all lords.

4 Thank the miracle-working God,

9 Moon and stars as guardians of the night,
His love never quits.

23 God remembered us when we were down,
His love never quits.
24 Rescued us from the trampling boot,
His love never quits.
25 Takes care of everyone in time of need.
His love never quits.
26 Thank God, who did it all!
His love never quits!

Dear Heavenly Father- I thank You for this message and pray these words, that Your love never quits will sink into our hearts and not just our heads.
